Apple Sign In

If you use Apple Sign In, Nerio may receive your Apple-provided identifier and, if shared by you, your name or email address for account creation and authentication.

Account Information

We may process basic profile details, language goals, app preferences, and support messages that you choose to provide.

Purchase Information

Purchases are processed by Apple. Nerio may receive subscription status or transaction confirmation data needed to activate paid features, but does not receive full payment card details.

User Generated Content

Content you create during language practice may be processed to provide learning features, moderation tools, safety review, and support.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data and reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support@nerio.app. We will delete or de-identify account data unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
